My work begins with understanding how an organization operates and how its policies become everyday practice.
When I moved from the Dominican Republic to the United States in 2016, I brought my language, my family's hopes, and an education I was determined to continue. Building a life in a new country meant learning, working, and raising my family at the same time.
Over the past decade, I have built a career in operations management, trained employees, and led teams. That experience taught me that leadership depends on listening, making thoughtful decisions, and following through. Behind every process are people who need clear expectations and dependable support.
Education has remained part of that journey. As a first-generation college student, I am studying business administration with a concentration in healthcare management at Southern New Hampshire University while completing my law degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic.
Balancing work, family, and studies has strengthened my patience, curiosity, and sense of responsibility. I ask questions, take ownership, and stay with a problem until I understand how to address it. As I move toward compliance and legal operations, I bring both my education and years of experience working alongside the people who put an organization's policies into practice.
